Terms
Read the labels before the pictures.
These terms cover your use of this website: the stay guide, the casino comparison, and the About, Contact, Privacy, and Terms pages. No operating company, registered address, or governing-law clause was supplied for this project. Those blanks are left blank. Nothing here is a contract with a hotel, a city, Parks Canada, or a casino.
The stay guide
The guide is general orientation to Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, and Banff. Sample cards describe a kind of base. They are not listings. They do not offer a room, a price, a vacancy, a cancellation policy, or a guest review. A card that says “waterfront base” or “townsite base” is a planning note. It is not a reservation and not an introduction to a named property.
Distances and seasons are included so the shape of a trip is clear. They are approximations for planning, not a timetable. “About an hour and a half” from Calgary to Banff is fair-weather driving, not a promise. Winter, a closure, or a construction zone can change it. Entry rules, park access, fares, and tax rates change. The official page dated for your trip wins over a sentence here.
The guide does not give immigration advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Whether you need a visa or an electronic travel authorization is a question for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Whether a trail is open is a question for Parks Canada. Whether a train is running is a question for VIA Rail or the airline you booked.
Sources that outrank this site
- Government of Canada pages on entry, customs, and travel advice.
- Parks Canada for passes, closures, and lake access in Banff National Park.
- Provincial highway reports before a mountain or winter drive.
- The transit agency, railway, airline, or hotel you actually pay.
- The province’s gambling authority, and iGaming Ontario for anyone physically in Ontario, before an online casino is treated as available.
If this site and one of those sources disagree, follow the official source and treat the guide as out of date.
Photographs, logos, and names
Travel photographs show the cities and Moraine Lake. They are not photographs of hotels offered here. Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, and Moraine Lake came from Unsplash. The Calgary towers photograph is by Samson Duborg-Rankin, from Wikimedia Commons. Those photographers and platforms keep their own rights. This site does not sell the pictures or claim to have taken them.
Casino logos, payment icons, and the toplist wordmark are the assets used by the source comparison. They identify the operators and the original page. Displaying them is not a statement that this guide owns the marks, or that an operator endorses this guide. Organisation logos in the casino footer — including the 19+ mark, GamCare, BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy, IBAS, and the Gambling Commission image — are the images from the source page. Showing them is not a new certification.
The name Canada Stay Guide is the title of this edition. It is not presented as a registered hotel brand. No affiliation with the cities, the park, or the casinos is claimed.
The casino comparison is advertising
The comparison repeats a supplied toplist: order, offer lines, colours, icons, wording, and outbound links. It was copied from the public Canadian feed on 7 November 2026 and from the English template page-ca.php. It was not rewritten into fresh promotions, and it was not re-tested for this project.
Get Bonus is an advertisement link. It leaves this site for AdsTracker and then, typically, for an operator. The operator’s terms, not these terms, govern an account, a bonus, a wager, and a withdrawal. Bonuses change, often with wagering requirements, game limits, and expiry that are not printed in full on the card. Read them on the operator’s site before you deposit.
A country code that opened the comparison first is not a finding that you are eligible to play. Canada and Pakistan are shown that page first. Everyone else can still open it from the menu. Being shown the list, or choosing to open it, does not replace a local rule, an age rule, or the operator’s decision to accept or refuse a customer.
Claims on the comparison that still need a person
The following were kept so the toplist would match its source. They are not fresh checks. Until someone compares them with current operator pages and licensing records, do not treat them as established by this guide.
- Ratings are a formula in the original template. The first row is 10, and each following row drops by 0.1. They are not stored review scores. The feed’s own rating field was 5 for every row and is not the number on the card.
- Vote counts are a fixed list in that template, beginning at 52,017 and stepping down. They are not a live count of reviews, and this site has no voter list.
- Every row says payout speed is “Instant”. That word is written into the template. The feed does not return a measured time for each casino.
- The introduction says the list was tested with the publisher’s own money. The methodology says each site passed gates for licence, real withdrawals, a return-to-player rate of 96% or more, and support. This project has no deposit records, cash-out records, or correspondence behind those sentences.
- Safety copy and the FAQ say every operator holds a Malta Gaming Authority, Curaçao, or Kahnawake licence, that the sites accept Canadian players, and that Ontario residents should verify iGaming Ontario status. Those sentences are copied. They are not a licence search done for this edition. An international licence is not the same as provincial registration.
- The FAQ says only operators that pass the gates make “the top 12”. The feed copied on 7 November 2026 has 13 rows.
- The page says 18+ in several places and also displays a 19+ image. Both cannot be the age rule for every province. See the next section.
- Operator name fields used for alternative text were empty in the feed. Logos are shown as supplied. Internal campaign titles from the feed include notes that are not meant for the public, and they are not printed.
- Welcome offers, including the dollar amounts and free-spin lines, were copied on 7 November 2026. They may already be wrong. The operator’s page is the offer that exists today.
Age, province, and harm
Gambling rules in Canada are set by the provinces. The age is not the same everywhere. Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec have used 18. Most other provinces have used 19. Confirm the current age where you are, and confirm it again with the operator, before you open an account. Ontario has its own registration system through iGaming Ontario. A site that accepts players elsewhere in Canada is not automatically an Ontario-registered site.
The comparison describes gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make income. That warning is part of the source page and it is repeated here. If play is no longer entertainment, stop and use a provincial help line. ConnexOntario serves Ontario. Other provinces publish their own lines. GamCare, BeGambleAware, and GamStop, named on the source page, are British services. They are not the Canadian line for your province. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
This site does not provide self-exclusion, deposit limits, or identity checks. Any sentence on the comparison that says those tools exist is a claim about the operators, and it belongs on their sites, where you can see whether the control is actually offered.
Links that leave this site
Links to the Government of Canada, Parks Canada, ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council, Google Fonts, AdsTracker, and casino operators leave pages this project controls. Their content, uptime, and privacy practices are theirs. A link is not an endorsement and not a warranty that the page is still accurate.
Advertising parameters may be added to an AdsTracker link as described in the privacy notice. No other query value is turned into a redirect.
How you may use these pages
You may read the guide and the comparison for your own trip or your own decision. You may not present the sample cards as live hotel inventory, and you may not present the copied ratings, vote counts, or testing sentences as your own independent tests. You may not scrape the comparison and republish it as a new ranking. Casino offers and operator marks stay subject to the operators’ rights.
The pages are provided as a static edition with the limits above. There is no warranty that a trail is open, a bonus is still offered, a logo still matches the brand, or a link still resolves. To the extent the law allows a publisher with no stated company to limit liability, this site is not liable for a booking you make, a deposit you send, or a trip you take based on these pages. Where the law does not allow that limit, it does not apply.
If a real operator is later named, these terms should be replaced with that operator’s terms, including a real contact method and a real governing law. Until then, the contact page explains where official questions actually go.
